Key questions before start
What do we need before start?
We need product information, mandatory legal copy, available dimensions or a packaging dieline, competitor examples and one final decision maker. If a logo and identity already exist, we use them. If they do not exist or need a refresh, VELKA can create a logo and visual system as a separate service.
What if we do not have a logo yet?
That is not a problem. Logo design is not included in the base Launch Pack for 990 EUR, but it can be ordered separately or added to the project.
What counts as one revision?
One consolidated set of changes provided after the asset presentation.
Will we receive source files?
The handover format is agreed before start so it is clear what you receive at the end.
Can we order only packaging, packshots or ads?
Yes. Launch Pack combines the core launch assets into one fast process, but every service is available separately.
Do you create comics and visual storytelling for brands?
Yes. We create brand comics, campaign series, characters and visual storytelling for presentations, campaigns, social media and explaining complex products.
Do you work with print production?
We can prepare the direction and materials for production conversations, but printing and technical requirements are confirmed by the print supplier.

The 7-day timeline starts after receiving a complete brief and all required source materials. Additional scope or missing information can change the schedule.
Which languages can assets be prepared in?
The website is available in English and Russian. Asset language scope is agreed in the brief.
